Connect Front
Conversations from your Front inbox, analysis-ready.
What data it brings
- conversations: Conversations, newest first: status, created date, whether private, whether assigned (and the teammate id), and how many tags (no subjects, messages, names or emails).
A question you can ask
“How many conversations are there by status?”
Ask it in your own words. You get the answer, with the steps that made it.
How to connect it
You connect with a key you create in your Front account. It takes a few minutes.
- In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose Front. The setup form opens there.
- In Front open Settings, then Developers, then API tokens, and choose Create API token.
- Give it the Conversations read scope only, and copy the token.
- Paste it into the setup form. The connection only reads conversations.

We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.
What we keep, and how to disconnect
We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the Front row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in Front itself.
Questions
Will this change anything in my Front account?
No. We only read. Nothing in Front is changed.
Can I use a file instead?
Yes. Export a CSV from Front and upload it. Connecting just saves you the export each time.
Can I combine Front with my other data?
Yes. Connect each source, then ask a question that names both.
