How to connect it
You connect with a key you create in your SendGrid account. It takes a few minutes.
- In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose SendGrid. The setup form opens there.
- In SendGrid open Settings, then API Keys, and choose Create API Key.
- Choose Restricted Access and turn on Read Access for Stats only.
- Copy the key and paste it into the setup form. The connection only reads counts.

We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.
What we keep, and how to disconnect
We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the SendGrid row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in SendGrid itself.
Questions
Will this change anything in my SendGrid account?
No. We only read. Nothing in SendGrid is changed.
Can I use a file instead?
Yes. Export a CSV from SendGrid and upload it. Connecting just saves you the export each time.
Can I combine SendGrid with my other data?
Yes. Connect each source, then ask a question that names both.
