Connect ActiveCampaign
Deals and email campaigns from your ActiveCampaign account, analysis-ready.
What data it brings
- deals: Deals: value (as the service sends it, units settled by the live read), currency, status, stage and pipeline ids, owner, and created and modified dates.
- campaigns: Email campaigns: type, status, send date, emails sent, opens, unique opens and link clicks.
A question you can ask
“What is the total value_raw of deals by status?”
Ask it in your own words. You get the answer, with the steps that made it.
How to connect it
You connect with a key you create in your ActiveCampaign account. It takes a few minutes.
- In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose ActiveCampaign. The setup form opens there.
- In ActiveCampaign open Settings, then Developer.
- Under API Access copy the URL (its first part is your account name) and the Key.
- Type the account name in the setup form and paste the key into the setup form. The connection only reads data.
ActiveCampaign help page for this step →
We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.
What we keep, and how to disconnect
We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the ActiveCampaign row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in ActiveCampaign itself.
Questions
Will this change anything in my ActiveCampaign account?
No. We only read. Nothing in ActiveCampaign is changed.
Can I use a file instead?
Yes. Export a CSV from ActiveCampaign and upload it. Connecting just saves you the export each time.
Can I combine ActiveCampaign with my other data?
Yes. Connect each source, then ask a question that names both.
