Connect Klaviyo
Profiles, campaigns, lists and flows from your Klaviyo account, analysis-ready.
What data it brings
- profiles: Profiles: created and updated dates and country (no email, phone or name).
- campaigns: Campaigns: name, archived flag, created and updated dates.
- lists: Lists: name, created and updated dates.
- flows: Flows: name, status, trigger type, created and updated dates.
A question you can ask
“How many profiles were created per month?”
Ask it in your own words. You get the answer, with the steps that made it.
How to connect it
You connect with a key you create in your Klaviyo account. It takes a few minutes.
- In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose Klaviyo. The setup form opens there.
- In Klaviyo open your account menu, then Settings, then API keys, and choose Create Private API Key.
- Name it, choose Custom Key, and give it Read access to Profiles, Lists, Campaigns and Flows. Leave every other scope at None.
- Copy the key (it starts with pk_). It is shown once. Paste it into the setup form.

We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.
What we keep, and how to disconnect
We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the Klaviyo row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in Klaviyo itself.
Questions
Will this change anything in my Klaviyo account?
No. We only read. Nothing in Klaviyo is changed.
Can I use a file instead?
Yes. Export a CSV from Klaviyo and upload it. Connecting just saves you the export each time.
Can I combine Klaviyo with my other data?
Yes. Connect each source, then ask a question that names both.
