Connect WooCommerce

Orders, products, and customers from your WooCommerce store, analysis-ready.

What data it brings

  • orders: Orders: date, status, currency, totals (gross, tax, shipping, discount, refunds), payment method, customer id and a one-way customer key (no email).
  • order items: Order lines: one row per product on an order (order, date, product, variation, sku, quantity, subtotal, total). For basket, product-mix and item-level revenue.
  • products: Products: name, type, status, prices, stock, and lifetime units sold.
  • customers: Customers: signup date, role, billing country, orders count and total spent (no names, emails or addresses).

A question you can ask

“What is the total of total_sales by type?”

Ask it in your own words. You get the answer, with the steps that made it.

How to connect it

You connect with a key you create in your WooCommerce account. It takes a few minutes.

  1. In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose WooCommerce. The setup form opens there.
  2. In WordPress open WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, and choose Add key.
  3. Give it a description, pick your user, and set Permissions to Read.
  4. Copy the Consumer key (ck_...) and Consumer secret (cs_...) into the setup form. They are shown once.

We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.

What we keep, and how to disconnect

We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the WooCommerce row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in WooCommerce itself.

Questions

Will this change anything in my WooCommerce account?

No. We only read. Nothing in WooCommerce is changed.

Can I use a file instead?

Yes. Export a CSV from WooCommerce and upload it. Connecting just saves you the export each time.

Can I combine WooCommerce with my other data?

Yes. Connect each source, then ask a question that names both.
