ClickUp analytics from your own data
Tasks from one ClickUp List, analysis-ready.
What you can learn from your ClickUp data
Once ClickUp is connected, these are the questions your data can answer. Each one has a free tool that shows the method on a sample first.
What data it brings
- tasks: Tasks in the List updated in the last 365 days, closed ones included: id, status, priority, created, updated, closed, done, due and start dates, archived flag, points, time estimate, assignee count, tag count and parent task id (no names or descriptions).
A question you can ask
“How many tasks are in each status?”
Ask it in your own words. You get the answer, with the steps that made it.
How to connect it
You connect with a key you create in your ClickUp account. It takes a few minutes.
- In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose ClickUp. The setup form opens there.
- In ClickUp, open your avatar menu, then Settings, then Apps, and generate a personal API token. Copy it.
- Open the List's menu, choose Copy link, and take the number after /li/ in it.
- Paste the token and the List id into the setup form.

We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.
What we keep, and how to disconnect
We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the ClickUp row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in ClickUp itself.
Questions
What can I learn from my ClickUp data?
You can see what the next weeks or months may look like, where people drop off between steps, and the few items or customers that bring most of the results. Each one has a free tool that shows the method on a sample.
Will this change anything in my ClickUp account?
No. We only read. Nothing in ClickUp is changed.
Can I use a file instead?
Yes. Export a CSV from ClickUp and upload it. Connecting just saves you the export each time.
Can I combine ClickUp with my other data?
Yes. Connect each source, then ask a question that names both.
