Connect Cal.com
Bookings from your Cal.com account, analysis-ready.
What data it brings
- bookings: Bookings starting in the last year by default: booking id and uid, status, start and end dates (the day only, not the time of day), duration in minutes, event type id and created date (no titles, attendee names, emails or notes).
A question you can ask
“How many bookings are there by status?”
Ask it in your own words. You get the answer, with the steps that made it.
How to connect it
You connect with a key you create in your Cal.com account. It takes a few minutes.
- In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose Cal.com. The setup form opens there.
- In your Cal.com settings, find the API keys section and create a new key. The key starts with cal_.
- Copy the key when it is shown.
- Paste it into the setup form. The connection only reads bookings.
Cal.com help page for this step →
We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.
What we keep, and how to disconnect
We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the Cal.com row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in Cal.com itself.
Questions
Will this change anything in my Cal.com account?
No. We only read. Nothing in Cal.com is changed.
Can I use a file instead?
Yes. Export a CSV from Cal.com and upload it. Connecting just saves you the export each time.
Can I combine Cal.com with my other data?
Yes. Connect each source, then ask a question that names both.
