What data it brings

• companies: One row per company: name, domain, industry, size, revenue, location, lifecycle stage, created date.
• contacts: One row per contact: email, name, lifecycle stage, lead status, company, country, created and last-modified dates.
• deals: One row per deal: name, amount, currency, stage (with its label), pipeline, created and close dates, won and closed flags, days to close.
• deal stages: One row per pipeline stage: pipeline, stage, order, probability, whether it is closed won.

How to connect it

You connect with a key you create in your HubSpot account. It takes a few minutes.

1. In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose HubSpot. The setup form opens there.
2. In HubSpot, open Development, then Keys, and create a service key (or a private app) for this purpose.
3. Give it read scopes only: crm.objects.companies.read, crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.deals.read and crm.schemas.deals.read.
4. Copy the token and paste it into the setup form.

We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.

What we keep, and how to disconnect

We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the HubSpot row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in HubSpot itself.
