Connect Calendly
Scheduled events from your Calendly organization, analysis-ready.
What data it brings
- events: Scheduled events from the last year onward: status, start and end time, event type id, how many invitees (active and total), and created and updated dates (no event names, notes, emails or invitee names).
A question you can ask
“How many events are there by status?”
Ask it in your own words. You get the answer, with the steps that made it.
How to connect it
You connect with a key you create in your Calendly account. It takes a few minutes.
- In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose Calendly. The setup form opens there.
- In Calendly open Integrations, then API and webhooks, and choose Generate new token under Personal access tokens.
- Name it and copy the token. It is shown once.
- Paste it into the setup form. The connection only reads events.

We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.
What we keep, and how to disconnect
We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the Calendly row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in Calendly itself.
Questions
Will this change anything in my Calendly account?
No. We only read. Nothing in Calendly is changed.
Can I use a file instead?
Yes. Export a CSV from Calendly and upload it. Connecting just saves you the export each time.
Can I combine Calendly with my other data?
Yes. Connect each source, then ask a question that names both.
