Connect Recharge

Subscription orders and subscriptions from your Recharge store, analysis-ready.

What data it brings

  • orders: Subscription orders, newest first: status, type, scheduled and processed dates, currency, total, and customer id (no names, emails or addresses).
  • subscriptions: Subscriptions, newest first: status, created, cancelled and next-charge dates, quantity, price, billing interval, and customer id (no names or emails).

A question you can ask

“What is the total of total_price by status?”

Ask it in your own words. You get the answer, with the steps that made it.

How to connect it

You connect with a key you create in your Recharge account. It takes a few minutes.

  1. In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose Recharge. The setup form opens there.
  2. In Recharge open Tools & apps, then API tokens, and choose Create an API token.
  3. Give it read access to Orders, Subscriptions and Customers only.
  4. Copy the token and paste it into the setup form. The connection only reads data.

We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.

What we keep, and how to disconnect

We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the Recharge row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in Recharge itself.

Questions

Will this change anything in my Recharge account?

No. We only read. Nothing in Recharge is changed.

Can I use a file instead?

Yes. Export a CSV from Recharge and upload it. Connecting just saves you the export each time.

Can I combine Recharge with my other data?

Yes. Connect each source, then ask a question that names both.
