How we price

Price should not be how you decide whether this works.

You get fourteen days with every depth open and no card. Bring your own data and your own question, and find out whether the answers are any good. That is the only question worth settling first. If the work is not useful to you, no price would have made it useful.

Why a fixed price at all

The cost of this work moves. That is our problem, not yours.

Running real analysis on AI models is genuinely volatile to operate. Model prices change. Token usage varies with the shape of your data. And how much work a question takes is not knowable before the question is asked, because sometimes the honest answer needs three approaches tried and two discarded.

Almost nobody wants to carry that. A business cannot plan against a bill that moves for reasons it has no visibility into, and an individual should not have to think about token counts to find out whether their sales data says anything. So we absorb the shock. You get a flat figure, your bill does not track token usage, and the variance stays on our side of the line where we can actually manage it.

We will be straight about the one part that does move. Monthly rates are reviewed as the AI market moves, so a monthly price can change from one month to the next. We would rather tell you that here than have you find it on an invoice. What never happens is your bill moving inside a month, or moving because one question turned out to be harder than another.

If you want a number that does not move at all, take the annual rate. It locks your price for the year, and you stop having to think about the AI market entirely, which is the point of the whole arrangement.

That is the whole stance. Everything below is just the shape it takes.

Three shapes, and the one we recommend

Almost everyone should be on a plan.

There are three ways to pay for this, and they are not equal. We would rather tell you which one to pick than present them as a menu of equals and let you work it out.

A plan · recommended

A flat figure covering what people actually do in a month. Demo to start, then one sized for a person and one sized for a company. This is the shape that puts the volatility on us, which is why we recommend it and why almost everyone is best served by it. Pay annually and the rate is locked for the year.

Pay as you go

Pay for each analysis as you run it, with no subscription. Priced on what producing that depth of analysis actually costs us, at the higher end of the range, because nothing is being smoothed out across a month. It suits genuinely occasional use.

Credit plans

Tiered credit if you want to buy a larger amount up front. This exists for businesses whose needs do not fit the plans, and it is the one we recommend least often. If you are considering it, talk to us first and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.

Where the numbers live

If you want the current pricing, it is all on one page.

Every figure is published together, and the price of an analysis is shown before it runs. The plan for one person and the plan for a company sit alongside each other there, so you can see which one you are without reading two pages. Enterprise is priced by contract, because it is the platform running under your own brand and on your own servers rather than a larger version of the same plan.

You do not pick a plan before you have an account. Create the account first, and you are walked through setup from inside it. That is where the plan is chosen and where payment is handled, once you have seen the thing working rather than before.

There are two ways through it and you will be asked which you are. One is for a single person working with their own data. The other is for an organisation, where a specialist builds your first reports with you and sets up seats, schedules and connectors alongside your team. Same platform and the same statistics either way. The difference is how much of the setup we do with you.

What the price never changes

The plan sets your budget. It does not set the quality of the work.

Nothing about the statistics depends on what you pay. Every plan gets every depth of analysis, every connector, scheduling, your library and its search, and the method and the R source on every report. A cheaper plan is a smaller budget, not a worse answer, and a failed build is never billed on any of them.

If you want the actual figures, they are all on one page and they are shown before anything runs.
