What a message looks like, and what comes back
There is no form and no template to learn. The message below is an example we wrote to show the shape. The report beside it is a real one, published in full, with its methods and its code.
We are losing people and I cannot tell whether it is pay, management, or hours. Attached is our HR export, 1,470 employees, one row each. I need to know which factors actually predict someone leaving, ranked, with some sense of how confident we can be. I have to take this to our board on Thursday, so I need to be able to show my working.
The strongest single predictor was job role, with Sales Representative carrying an odds ratio of 6.23. A separate gradient-boosted model ranked monthly income as the highest-gain feature, so the answer did not rest on one method agreeing with itself.
