Lever analytics from your own data
Hiring opportunities from your Lever account (counts and dates only), analysis-ready.
What you can learn from your Lever data
Once Lever is connected, these are the questions your data can answer. Each one has a free tool that shows the method on a sample first.
What data it brings
- opportunities: Opportunities changed in the last 365 days (non-confidential ones): origin, source count, tag count, archived date and reason id, and created, updated, last-interaction, last-advanced and snoozed-until dates (no names, emails, phones or application content).
A question you can ask
“How many opportunities were created per month, by origin?”
Ask it in your own words. You get the answer, with the steps that made it.
How to connect it
You connect with a key you create in your Lever account. It takes a few minutes.
- In your MCP Analytics account, open Connectors and choose Lever. The setup form opens there.
- In Lever, open Settings, then Integrations and API, then API credentials.
- Generate a new API key with read access to opportunities, and copy it.
- Paste the key into the setup form. The connection only reads data.

We test the connection before we save it, so you know right away if a step was missed.
What we keep, and how to disconnect
We keep the key or login you give us, encrypted, and use it only to read the data you ask about. Other accounts cannot see your connections. To stop, open Connectors in your account and choose Remove on the Lever row; that deletes the saved key. You can also cancel the key in Lever itself.
Questions
What can I learn from my Lever data?
You can see where people drop off between steps, what the next weeks or months may look like, and the few items or customers that bring most of the results. Each one has a free tool that shows the method on a sample.
Will this change anything in my Lever account?
No. We only read. Nothing in Lever is changed.
Can I use a file instead?
Yes. Export a CSV from Lever and upload it. Connecting just saves you the export each time.
Can I combine Lever with my other data?
Yes. Connect each source, then ask a question that names both.
