How We Test SEO Metadata

Changing a title tag affects both CTR and ranking position. A naive before/after CTR comparison is misleading. We use position-adjusted CTRactual_ctr / expected_ctr_at_position — to isolate the title's true impact. Each experiment runs for at least 28 days per variant, and we analyze results using our own statistical modules: seo_title_experiment, bayesian_ab_testing, and switchback_experiments.
