Treatment Efficacy Comparison (ANCOVA)
Compares treatment group outcomes while controlling for baseline covariates using Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). Produces Type III ANCOVA table with F-statistics and partial eta-squared, adjusted marginal means with 95% CI, Tukey-corrected pairwise comparisons, and assumption diagnostics. Designed for clinical researchers running RCTs or quasi-experimental intervention studies.
